The chilli, garlic and pepper oil from Llàgrimes del Canigó is made with extra virgin olive oil with Argudell variety olives grown in fields in Alt Empordà. When extracted cold, a flavor rich in aromas and very balanced is achieved.
Together with garlic, peppers and cayenne they add a more intense and seasoned flavor that makes it a perfect companion for all kinds of pasta and meat dishes, although it can be used in all kinds of recipes.
If you are a lover of strong and intense flavors, this is your oil. Chilli and pepper add great flavor to pasta and meat dishes, but can be used in all kinds of recipes.
